We have just started watching Kung Fu Panda for time number one today. I used to love this movie but we are averaging about 5 times a day. Ugh. I really dont know how many more times I can watch it. I think it needs a break. After watching it so many times I am wishing that the Wooshie (spelling might not be right, sorry) Finger Hold would be the most awesome power that a mom could have. Think about it, you lightly grab your child's finger and they automatically start dancing around, knowing what is coming. Oh, the power.
Sometimes I wonder what attracts a kid to a certain movie. We have tons and he consistently picks this one. Oh to see inside the two year old's brain. Really, I have no idea why he does anything that he does but most of it makes me laugh. Both of my kids do. They are so much more entertaining than tv or a movie.
Being as this is my first kick at the cat, so to speak, I think I have done okay. Now I must hie myself away to the monotonous chores of a stay at home mom.
I remember when my boys were that young, & you are wrong; you do NOT want to see inside the mind of a 2 yr old! It is so amusing to view from the outside that going into the where's & why-for's would take away some the smiles they bring. At least that's how I viewed it those many years ago. Just take it day by day & enjoy the ride!! I'm glad I did as my baby is now 28 going on 29, :)
